Cheque was return by bank mark with stop payment by drawer
how can i do with drawer?
memo date was more than 30 days but cheque issue date not more than six month
CAN I REPRESENT IN THE BANK?

Limitation of 30 days to send the notice commence from the date you receive information of dishonor. You should check the date on cheque dishonor memo. If memo is stale, you have two option; 1. Get a written confirmation from the banker regarding date on which memo was given to you, 2. Represent the cheque to get it dishonored again to initiate proceedings within limitation.
