Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
our cheque worth Rs. 6 lacks has bounce. but we are paying them 50000 per month and has got the balance down to Rs. 4lakhs. We have also told him that we will pay you per month. I would like to know if he files a case. what will be the consequences

if he is ready to accept 50,000 per month then first pay in the form of cheqe only not cash.
secondly if possible made an agreement in writing in this respect so that he may not file any 138 case against you.

if you have been taking receipts for amount paid and he is ready to accept monthly payment then pay regularly and he will not file a case
