Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have given cheques to a party (say A).He presented the same in december.the cheques got bounced due to insufficient funds.He dropped a legal notice and i replied it.Now my doubt is the some of the cheques i gave have validity till march 2012.So can he present those valid cheques again.Please help me..I am under much tension and stress

yes he can deposit the cheques if notice for the cheques have not been given he can give you notice for the cheques if they get dishonoured.
