my child is 2yrs old and he is citizen of usa...i have a visit visa and my husband does not ...we both are citizen of india...my husband is planning to divorce me ..he is working bt his salary is not much nor does he have ny property on his name we live in my in laws home...can i get alimony for my child...or can i stay in that home only because i dont work and even my parents are not so financially sound...how can i get help for my child financially...

you can get maintenance for your child from her husband.for details contact me on phone or email.
you can seek residence orders, maintenance etc under D V Act but in case the house belongs to your in laws, residence orders may be difficult to obtain.
