No. Criminal court has to come to its own conclusions based on evidence adduced.

You should pursue the criminal case in trial court with the help of your counsel.

Please submit full particulars of the case including copies of civil/criminal cases filed as it is difficult to give any opinion without perusing full facts of the case.
