there is acriminal againstA.it is pending for 23 years charges not framed was officer of bank.. internal enquiry noted his negligence.based on chargesheet of police bankgave memo .enquiry conducted.dismissed fromservice.Aapproached civil court,on 2 grounds1no proper enquiry2alleged charges denied judgement in faour ofA hilighting enquiry violative of natural justice about charges court mentioned'''''bank has not chosen to adduce evidence regarding charges

' relied on enquiry only.-----''iam not goinginto merits of charges.what counts is the evidence which in this case discloses a fatal infirmity......Will these remarks of the court help A in criminal trial/

Please submit full particulars of the case including copies of civil/criminal cases filed as it is difficult to give any opinion without perusing full facts of the case.
