Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am a civil Engineer facing a case of forgery fraud and cheating. If I join a Multinational company for higher sallary and did not informed to company that I am facing 420 case then Is this offence or not ?

sir, it may not be an offence under the state laws but it could be termed as moral turpitude under the code of conduct, if prescribed, of the MNC

in a private company, it is not mandatory to disclose that you an accused in a criminal case. however, if you disclose, you may not get the job. so u may do what is good for you but better do the job honestly.
