Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
HI, I am a civil servant aspirant. Unfortunately a victim of 498A. The matter is with the court since for the past 2.5 yrs. Is there a way that I can't be decriminated based on the criminal case pending while selection. I appreciate the clear answer and any remedies (moving high court for fast justice etc).

mere pendency of the case is no ground to reject your employment. refer Girish Bhradwaj Vs. State email:[email protected]

at the most the selection would be put on hold till you clear your case.
