Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi I am a civil service aspirant, Unfortunately I have been wrongly inflicted in 498A in 2006 , and still the case is pending with the court.

1. I would like to appear for 2010 civils (prelims), but as a responsible citizen, I need to inform the details of pending case to UPSC, while applying for Prelims itself.

2. But the UPSC Form doesn't have any section to inform/fill the same. What shall I do and how to inform the UPSC board.

3. If I got selected, do they consider me as a candidate or outrightly reject as the case is pendinng in court.

4. If I got selected, still the case is pending, whether UPSC will declare the results ?? What is the procedure for UPSC, and how can fight for my right of employment.

Can some one pl clarify my questions.

you may clear the exams and in case you are selected, your appointment will be withheld till the time your case is not decided or settled. however, you may check with UPSC itself for conclusive opinion.
