Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
There was clause that in case of arrest I should be released immediately on payment of Rs5000/-, which I paid and then they released me but did not take my statement or inquire about the case even when I asked them. now will I have to gain take bail from the trial court. please advice they are filing chargesheet tomoroow 11-11-2011. SOS
