Legal Question in Criminal Law in
My client had bounced three cheques of different dates before three months .now he is refusing to give me money.i have sold him computer parts on verbal basis so can you tell me what to do?

under section 139 Neg Inst Act, liability is assumed to be there in your favour. You issue notice within 30 days of dishonour of the cheque to your client. if payment does not come in next 15 days, you may file a criminal complaint in next 30 days.
Your second option is to file a civil suit (summary) on the basis of these cheques under order 37 CPC along with interest but on payment of court fee.

were these your chques that bounced or his cheques got bounced. were the computer parts supplied on invoice.
