How to close/Quash a false cross fir u/s 354 in Mumbai?

354 is a compoundable offence and in case the complainant is agreeable, you may move an application u/s 320 of crpc for compounding the case.

By approaching sessions court or high court for quashing, if there is no prima facie case.
