Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Code of Criminal Pocedure

Attorneys Sudarshan Goel and Aniruddha Pawe after examining my question on registered documents have counseled that there is enough basis to file a criminal case against a builder and employ a local lawyer for filing a case. I had to file the case in person as the courts are being boycotted by the lowers for reasons.. The Judge had studied my complaint and had completed examination of me and a witness of mine as per section 200 of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 today and set further hearing to 31/3/2009. Can I take that the Judge had found there is sufficient grounds for proceeding further and she is going to act as per rule 204 of CCP1973Issue of processed?

Why to presume the court order? You may better wait for the order. 31/3/09 is not that far.
