is statement under section 200&202 cr.p.c. have any evidentioury value in respect of similar case of same party under 125 cr.p.c.

Those statements would be previous statements of the witness. Since these statements are before the court, same can be used to contradict or corroborate. However, those statements in themselves do not constitute evidence.
