whether a cognizable offence of serious nature, being non compoundable and triable by the session court,can be compounded? What is the procedure?

What are the sections ? Offences which are compounded are mentioned in section 320 Crpc.

Just check section 320 Cr.P.C. If offence is listed therein, it may be compounded.
