File an execution and attach his property to recover the money.

You may challenge the trial court order before the next higher court.
in case he is not paying up the entire amount due towards him, you may file the execution as suggested and attach his property.
You need to find out whether your husband has sufficient means for payment of amount like bank balance, property etc.
If he has sufficient means, then you may be able to obtain necessary orders.
Generally this is practice in courts. You are advise to file executions month wise month or for two months. This shall burden the judge with pendency only then he shall proceed strictly.
