Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have a commercial fridge which is not under warrant and fridge was not performing good and I was got only 10 percent performance. I ask to concerned company in this regard he gave me a complaint no.
After 3 days a mechanic came to my shop and he tried a lot but could not suceed, machine is dead by mechanic he wrote in job card I tried but could not suceed and I am leaving dead machine in shop
and company official saying that Your machine is not under warranty we cant do anything. My business is disturbed because of dead machine
.Is company official version is right as per law ?

you can approach consumer court. Though it is out of warranty but you call the employee on pay basis but though company send an illiterate person who damaged your machine therefore company is liable.
