Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have commited a crime of theft for the first time.I stole a amount of around 60000 from a place where i was working. I was depressed and i just commited a crime.What is the punishment for the crime, Is there any way to ask for forgiveness in mumbai court?

if it is proved then you may face criminal proceeding,you may face jail term not less than three years.
