Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I commited a crime in the year 2006. I stole around rs60000 from the place where i was working. I was depressed for some reason and had alcohol for the first time. And i was blank and commited the crime. Later I surrendered myself and later got suriety baail. Please tell me what is the punishment for the crime. It was my first criminal record. Is there any way to ask for forgiveness before the mumbai court? Or will I get punished?
