Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can two competitive agencies investigate same criminal case under Indian law.I mean for example CCB AND CBI can file to separate charge sheet for same crime.In this case court will consider which charge sheet if CCb is the first one to file?

depending upon the facts of the case necessating the second investigating agency, the court can consider both the charge sheets. second one, supplements the first if it was by the orders of the court under 173(8) for further investigation.
