Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

can complainant back out from compromise

Can the complainant back out after compromise is done and money received . .. Judicial Majistrate has no problem in accepting the compromise as the splitting of the case was done and he realises that the accused party was falsely implicated . Can the complainant refuse to attend the date on which the case is scheduled to close the case ? If so ,what action can be taken on him ... after signing the petition to back out ... can a case be registered against him ?
