Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am a complainant in a complainant case. Accused threatening me againnd again. 4compromise. After court summoning her. Due to his threats I could not dare to lead evidence against him. Last time when he was threatening me I recorded his threats in my CCTV camera at this stage what is the legal remedy is left for me ? Kindly tell me I am feeling very trouble.
