Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
..... If complainant did conspiracy against accused and sent some obscene offensive messages from accused mobile without accused knowledge by common friends ( office staff) then in above mentioned case How many chance of aquital of accused is possible ?
I had lisened that Evidence which proves only the possiblity that the accused is guilty is generally not permitted because it introduces doubt.
