Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If complainant is cross examined by accused counsil and advocate dictate those thing to steno that complainant has no said in cross examination....
after that complainant got annoyed and did not signed cross examination statement and he has objected before court.
Is said cross examination without signature of complainant is valid in law ?

the cross examination without signatures may not be valid but the judge, may on his own read the same in evidence. what was the order of the judge after that.
