Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am complainant after my hard effort police has been registered FIR but the accused has removed evidence.
I want to add section in FIR of removal of evidence which sechion should I approached for removal of evidence in FIR ?

You may make a representation to the concerned Investigating Officer of your FIR.

At the outset, I would like to advise you that no section can be added once the FIR is registered. However the you may ask the investigating officer to add section 204 IPC in the chargesheet after he has completed the investigation.
