Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
complained filed under 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B for forgery and causing loss to tune of 4.5cr.false addresses used, all verified false by the applicable local police. chargesheet filed, during investigation accused refused bail 4 times. how to get max. punishment and restrict bail.

Sir, if bail has been refused 4 times meaning thereby that the court found enough material against the accused persons. Your best bet is to lead evidence on the lines on which investigation is completed by the police. All witness must depose.
