Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Before complained a rape case {376,506,SC/ST Act 3(1)(x) & 3(2)(V)} A girl (Kiran Bagahe) drunk penile & gave statement to police that her boyfriend who admitted her to hospital, forcibly a bottle took her mouth & drank her to any kind of poison.

In Police request A doctor examined to her & submitted a report to police that "It is not possible to tell about drinking whether self or by other person & No mark of injury present over face & inside mouth"

After two day's her father & her elder sister gave a statement to police that the boy & his two sister, forcibly drank poison to her,

after police investigation NO CASE MADE by police AGAINST THE BOY & NOR THE GIRL (Kiran Bagahe) WHO DONE SUICIDE ATTEMPT.

After 15 days she complained about rape case to AJK Thana against the boy. Police made a rape case against the boy & take all the necessary action & submit final report {376,506,SC/ST Act 3(1)(x) & 3(2)(V)} to the court & also submit all the statement which police take in hospital.

In charge stage Dist Judge Ordered " No charge made against the boy in {376,506},& also No charge {SC/ST Act 3(1)(x) & 3(2)(V)} made against him & discharge the case.

WITHOUT ANY COMMENT that kind of statement about poison..

Is there a CRIME 309 MADE BY KIRAN & 182,211,500 MADE BY 'KIRAN,HER FATHER & HER SISTER'????

& IS THERE ANY MISTAKE BY POLICE & JUDICIARY???????

what action should take the boy? plz advice??
