Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am a complaint in a complaint case is fixed for pre charged evidence For some geniune reasons I took 9 exemptions and now this date court fined 1000 and told my counsil that this is last and final opportunity. N.D.O.H. is after 3 months.
Can I record my pre charge evidence by evidence by affidavit or any other method before N.D.O.H which is after 3 months ?

evidence by affidavit is permissible in negotiable instrument cases but not in other complaint cases.
