Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am complaint in a compliant case. Case is pending for pre charged evidence. I took 8 adjornments till date in that case. Now NDOH is fixed in ramzan. In ramazan period we Muslim rligious can't take any type of liquid any or any type of hard/soft food during period of sunrise and sunset that's why we feels very weakness and illness in said month of ramazan. If I took 9th exemption before pre charge evidence in month of ramazan then Is this risk that court will dismiss my complaint case ?

It is strange that you as complainant took 8 adjournments for just pre-summoning evidence. This may lead the court to draw an inference that you are not interested in prosecuting the case. However, the reason cited by you for taking adjournment on next date is genuine and there should not be any difficulty in getting adjournment. But it would be better, to gain faith of the court, if you move an application in advance for changing the date to a day when you are convenient rather than wasting the next date and running the risk of annoying the court.
