Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Complaint about Couple (Husband and wife) Daftary employee in nationalised bank and junior bailiff in sub court.
1) With reference to the above I obtained information under in the official RTI website are salary monthly income is Rs 4000(Daftary) & RS 3800(junior bailiff) ,total is Rs 7800/- approximately.
Partial List of moveable & immoveable assets:
a) Own agriculture land, own villa type house, Own car, more money, Gold ornaments, etc.
Based upon that above mention salary information, how these couple of government employee get all property within short period. Hence I believe that they are doing some anticorruption and other activities for collect money. And also they didnt paid money for Income tax department.
2) They are working in the same place more than 4 years. As per employee law, nobody has not working more than 3 years in the same place or district. Is it correct????.
How can i raise a complaint, to whom, Any support document is required?
Thanks for your reply.
1) a) I am verified for salary wages for both from corresponding department RTI page.
b) From where i can check it is parental inheritance property or check.
2)For transfer related complaint ,It will be great help to provide sample complaint
