complaint filed under 420, 467,468,471,120B for forgery which caused no loss. But the individual indicted by police in charge sheet with other persons. Other persons were the beneficiary. What is the solutions

if you think, you have been falsely indicted by the police, options are (1) file for discharge (2) file quashing petition to quash charges against you.
