Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Complaint is filed by Manger of a proprietor company and in the affidavit he himself declares occupation as business, can I take it as invalid and ask Magistrate to dismiss the same case before proceeding for cross.

And further more a propietot comany can have a Manger post or can I ask him to produce such letter of appointement and how can I prove that he is not their employee on the paper.

In fact he is not manager but son of proprietor.

please explain me in detail.

you can try your luck but i don't think it may help much. A manager is a person who manages and if the son of proprietor is managing business he can called himself as Manager.
