Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
we had given a complaint on my sister husband, because he had married second marriage without taking diverse of first marriage at the same there is another complaint on whole family for dowry issue. as of now they had arrested my sister husband but they neglect on other members in family. but people say they might have taken antiseptic bail. but we are putting pressure on police to arrest them.. so please suggest me in this regard
