complicated case

Mene apne tanent ke against MM ko complaint di ke usne mere forge signature maarke forge GPA banaye or mera makaan baich diya.

MM ne thane se details mangeye.

Tanent ne muje dhamki di ke ab mere pass paisa agaya hai mere paas bchne ke bohot raaste

Iske baad tanent ne meri complaint di ke Owner ne makaan muje ghr bacha hai

or owner ne 3 gavah ke saamne bigaar ke sign kiye hain. or lohe ke main gate ke andar ki lock ki 2 chabi dee hain

2 chabiyan maine Iss intention se di thi ke isko kuch parashani na ho

or apne I.D.( where he got copy of voter ID I don,t know) ki copy GPA ke sath dee hai.

Uske baad mere against MM ki court me complaint case daal diya.

Uski cross complaint me 1 technical fault hain apne 161 ke byaaan me kehta hai ke 4 wittness ke saamne sign kiye Written complaint me likha ke 3 wittness ke saamne.

Dono ke case me ek doosre par abhi FIR nahin huie hai.

MM kehte hain ke dono pe FIR hogi dono jayenge.

MM ko mujpe FIR karne ke lian likhna parega ke bigaar ke sign karne ki vaja se owner pe FIR ho lekin bigaar ke sign kiya hain ye remarks to cfsl de skti hai or cfsl ye remark jub degi jub FIR hoke cfsl sign jayenge.Matlab mujpe FIR hue bina forgery prove hogi.Am I right?

In the criminal law ,the system is that the F.I.R.is registered first then the investigation is started. in your case an FIR can be registered against you without taking opinion of experts.
