Whether the section 120b , 467 , 468 ,420 and 471 are an compoundable offence or not.?

If the offence commited by an employee of an govt. P.S.U.

Offence U/s.420 IPC can be compounded with permission of court.

Offence U/s.120B, 467, 468 & 471 IPC are not compoundable.

120B depends on the object of offence of conspiracy. S 420 is compoundable,while S 467, 468, 471 are non compoundable
