Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
IS it compulsory to attend every proceeding in my 138 case.
I am working with a big company on higher post.
So there are any way out not to attend each and every proceeding.
Can my wife attend on behalf of me?

there is a provision to apply for exemption on a particular day. However, if you are a complainant then your wife may attend on your behalf.
