pls give details, your questions sounds like you want to abroad for pilgrimage while on bail investigation pending in such case you may take written permission from investigating officer for your safe side on refusal you may approach to the court granting bail. whether u have passpoart alredy issued then officer permission is sufficient if you are ging to pilgrimage on pass then you may have to apply to the court.
