Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

This is in connection with this question that i had asked earlier. Suppose a person is charged U/s 468, 471 & 511 of 420 r/w 34, Is there a possibility of an out of court settlement ? Because I think u/s 468 and 471 it is not allowed, but since these 2 sections and 511 are taken under section 420, which allows out of court settlements, is there any chance?

Please , this is a very urgent matter !!!

I need your help asap !

I got a reply.for it , but the thing is I have heard that there is a Supreme Court ruling which states that in case the case has nothing to do with public monies, it can be settled out of the court by the parties concerned. Is this true ?
