Re: regarding contempt of court act 12

You may consider tendering an unqualified apology for having made a wrong and baseless complaints. The working of Presiding Officers is different than that of the executive and one may not level reckless allegations without any substance.

The Ministry of Law and Justice is a part of the Government and is not empowered to take any action against Presiding Officers of Courts.

You may, in your apology affidavit, explain your ignorance of law and system and seek forgiveness for your unwarranted behaviour to avoid punishment.

Engage a Senior Counsel and proceed as per his/her advice.

Contempt of Court is a serious matter. If not properly conducted, you will be in jail.
