i am a sub contractor, i work with acompany they not paied my bill of Rs 270000/- from three years,and a lock out compansation of Rs 1500000/- also not paied

how much money will deposite in court for this case

if i file a cheating case

for a criminal case, it is not valued for the purpose of court fee and jurisdiction. nominal fee needs to be paid apart from counsel fee.

A cheating case is a criminal case and no money is required to be paid in court for the same.
