Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Convicted.

I am convicted u/s 120 B, 477, 420 and section 13(d) for 2 years in November 2006 although I am working in a private school for a bank misappropriation case by a CBI Court. Tell me how can you redress my grouse if I send my judgement copy

After Judgement of Conviction, it is for the Appellate Court to redress your grouse, if same pertain to findings of trial court. For any other complaints, you need to approach appropriate forums.

We cannot redress from merely the copy of judgment. Entire case papers are required to be perused for the same. It is the duty of ur attorney representing you in the case, to file appeal, or appropriate application before the concerned fora.

Still if u send the copy of judgment we can at the most point the legal flaws in the judgment, and nothing more.

All the papers like challan,evidence and also certified copy of judgement is necessary for filing Revision etc. A considerable time has lapsed so you must have to take a immediate step.
