Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
if once has been convicted in the local court in a cheque bouncing case can he go to a higher court... if so how much amount has to be paid as deposit in the sessions court?

he may approach session court or higher court and deposit some where it is 1/2 the total decided amount but somewhere it is 1/3.
