Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Though the court order stands for payment of monthly alimony.My husband deposited alimony in each month in the court as usual and paid up feb 2010 not amount has been deposited for March and April 10.I may kindly be advised as to what action is to be taken in this context and against what rule?

If it is an interim order it is better to pray for the amount before the concerned court.

And if it is a final order you should file an execution application in the court from which the final order passed.Your husband has to deposit the maintenance amount of each month in default he has to go to an imprisonment for one month each
