Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
can a court release the vehicle in favor of financial company from the custody of police involved in criminal case. and the owner of vehicle is not approaching the court to release the vehicle.

No but if you are in default of installments then the loan company can take proceedings and get the vehicle under his possession.
