court has rewarded me very less maintenance...what should i do for proper maintenance to survive me...?? also i got frecture and operate it..i cnt walk still ...and hv to re operate...cn i claim for medical reimbursement from my husband?

Yes you can under DVA Act, you are entitle for medical bills also.

Yes, you may claim maintainence or as suggested under Domestic V A
the maintenance is being granted so that the wife also is able to lead a life as per life and standard of living that of her husband. a husband is also duty bound to reimburse the medical expenses of his dependents whether its a wife, children or elderly parents. you may claim the medical expenses either suggested above filing a DV complaint or you can claim the expenses by filing an application in your maintenance petition already pending.
You may challenge the judgement in next higher court to claim enhancement of maintenance amount.
Consider approaching higher court.
