`court room dicorum

Aam toor se koi bhi aadmi jaise haath chala chala ke baat karta hai ya apni baat hath chala chala ke sambghata hai.Agar koi complainant ya accused judge ke poochne pr apni baat haath chala chala ke samjaye to ye contempt of court hogi kya ? ya phir complainant or accused ko haath apni taango se chipkaa ke judhe ko koi baat batani chahiye ?

Yes, aisa ho toh judge contempt ki proceedings chala sakta hai. Par aam tohar par judge aisa action lega sirf accused or complainant ka hath chala ke baat karne ka tarika judge ke post ko insult lage or kare.

One is required to maintain proper decorum in the court; as far as possible, a litigant should remain silent and engage a lawyer to conduct his case; if he cannot afford lawyer fee, he may contact the State Legal Services Authority for appropriate help.

Nahin yah court of contempt nahi hai.Phir bhi ek baat jo sabhi ko dhyan me rakhna chahiye wah yeh ki Judge ka post atyant hi garima poorna hota hai eesliye court me atyant hi sadgi poorna aur maryadit byawahar karna chahiye.
