i need help for a'' out of court settlement'' for a crimminal offence u/s 420, 34, 467, 468, 470, 471, 66(IT Act)

Some of the offences listed by you are not compoundable. Therefore, there can not be either an out of court settlement or compromise/compounding before the court.
