Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Criminal Case
I am one of the 15 accused at the CJM. I filed for discharege from the case which was rejected by the honorary court. Now i have to apply for a revision petition at the sessions. Other accused are not filing the discharge application at the CJM level also. I would like to know that whether my moving to the sessions court and its negative judgement if any will have a negative implication on my trial ?

Re: Criminal Case
Generally no negative implication. It is a right provided by law and any accused can exercise the same.
