If there is no legal debt or liability and if same can be proved, then you may consider contesting the case.

Complain to the judge as the opposite lawyer has no right to talk or threatened to you.

Re: Criminal case

I had carefully gone into the facts narrated by you in your reference.

As you say that case against you is false and other party has no agreement to prove its case ,its better to face trial and prove falsity of case against you and be acquitted. Do not influenced by any threat . you can make a complaint of threat.

In case you find any difficulty, please dont hasitate to recommunicate your problem. All possible assistance will be provided you.

Re: Criminal case

If you right, you are entitled to defend yourself.

You should not merely depend upon "agreement", be truthful and if you are liable to pay, please be prepared to pay. The question is of "liability" to pay which does not depend upon agreement.

The court is likely to see that if you have taken the money, you should return it, even if there is some defect in documents.
