Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can a criminal case under section 138 A of negotiable instuments act be filed against the president and treasurer of the club without naming the persons who are occupying that post and can the president and treasurer be convicted for the offence without naming the persons occupying the post?

yes, it is not the position who would be prosecuted but the person who was incharge of that post at the time of offence.
