in a criminal case what is the time limit to puting the chargsheet?

However, as per the trend of case laws, all criminal matters should be investigated and trial ar concluded as expeditiously as possible.

Bail may be granted if chargesheet is not filed within 60/90 days. You may file a quashing of the FIR u/s 482 of the CrPC if the chargesheet has not been filed.
